Enhancement of the Efficiency of the CZTS/Cds/Zno/ITO Solar Cell By Back Reflection and Buffer Layers Using SCAPS -1D

CZTS / CdS ZnO ITO solar cell was studied using Solar Cell Capacitance Simulato-1D (SCAPS-1D) program. We performed an improvement on the theoretical by increasing doping and thickness of some layers. As a result, efficiency shifted from 2.18% to 6.17% several back reflection layers (BSL) were introduced enhanced until. obtained highest conversion 13.99%. The best layer (CZTSSe) combined with buffer (CdSe), 0.9µm, cell. Thereby, we 16.53%. A second made cell, where CZTSSe 0.05µm CdSe 0.9µm combined. Consequently, increased 16.53% 21.76%. By comparing experimental results those program, it found that program simulates reality, i.e. matched.
